Son of Moroccan parents, was born in 1995 near Madrid and started in football in a small club, CD Galapagar. However moved to Santana and caught the eye of the At. Descrição: Quem viu a final da Youth League deve ter ficado maravilhado com o último golo do Barcelona. El Haddadi foi o protagonista deste excelente momento de futebol. Filho de pais marroquinos, nasceu em 1995 nos arredores de Madrid e iniciou no futebol num pequeno clube, CD Galapagar. Mudou-se entretanto para o Santana e deu nas vistas do At. Madrid onde chegou a treinar, mas foi no Rayo Majadahonda que deu nas vistas marcando 32 golos e m 29 jogos.Foi aí, que com 16 anos despertou o interesse do Barcelona e se mudou para La Masia. Atualmente vai alternando entre a equipa de sub-19 e  a equipa B dos "Blaugrana", atua como extremo esquerdo e possui bastante classe e qualidade de passe. É um jogador com boa visão de jogo, forte na progressão com a bola e capacidade de finta, possui um bom remate e capacidade de execução, o golo contra o Benfica é prova disso. Na youth cup, apesar de não ter estado no melhor 11 da UEFA foi o melhor marcador da competição com um total de 11 golos em 10 jogos, o que demonstra a sua capacidade. Tem contrato até 2017 e poderá ser mais um dos jovens da "cantera" a singrar na equipa principal, a ver vamos como corre a sua evolução.Até ao momento tudo indica que poderá ser um jogador de muito bom nível.
