Description: The nearly 20 years wing, Carlos Mané, is another of the great promises of Sporting's Clube de Portugal academy. He can also act as a striker, although his favorite position is in the wings, making efficient use of his dribble with the ball glued to foot, and still good dribbling skills. However, something that he still doesn't have is physical robustness, which is lacking when it can not overcome the opponent in speed, that yes, a quality to excel in Carlos Mane. It's great finishing and shotting, attributes in which we can see his good technical ability, as previously mentioned. Mané took advantage of the opportunities that Leonardo Jardim provided to him. He was predominant in some of Sporting victories, doing so assists as well some crucial goals. So, it's possible to believe that next season will be the absolute affirmation of this young player, who shows to have all the conditions to be one of the central players of Sporting.

Pode atuar também como avançado, embora a posição predilecta seja nas alas, fazendo uso do seu eficiente drible com a bola colada ao pé, e ainda boa capacidade de finta. Contudo, algo que o prejudica é a pouca robustez física,  que faz falta quando não consegue ultrapassar o adversário em velocidade, esta sim, uma qualidade a destacar em Carlos Mané. É muito bom a finalizar e a rematar (dá maior ênfase à colocação), atributos nos quais se pode vislumbrar a sua boa capacidade técnica, como já foi referido anteriormente. Esta época, já mais na parte final da mesma, Mané soube aproveitar muito bem as oportunidades que Leonardo Jardim lhe concedeu, ao ser preponderante nalgumas das vitórias do Sporting, tanto fazendo assistências como também, apontando alguns golos decisivos. Poder-se-á então acreditar que a próxima temporada será de afirmação absoluta do jogador, pois mostra ter todas as condições para ser uma das pedras basilares da equipa do Sporting.
