Good exibitions made him return to England in 2011 by the hand of Fulham. In the first two seasons was not widely used, including having been loaned to Lucerne, but now seems to have definitely earned his place in the team .

Nascido em Struga, Macedónia, Kasami começou a sua carreira em 2003 no clube suíço Winterthur. Em 2008, o Grasshoppers contratou-o, no entanto, nesse mesmo ano acabou por dar o salto para o Liverpool. Ainda jovem, é protagonista duma nova transferência em 2009, desta feita para a Lázio de Itália, mudando-se para o Palermo no ano seguinte. As boas exibições fazem com que volte a Inglaterra em 2011 pela mão do Fulham. Nas primeiras duas épocas não foi muito utilizado, tendo inclusive sido emprestado ao Luzerna, mas parece agora definitivamente ter conquistado o lugar na equipa.
