Description: The nearly 20 years wing, Carlos Mané, is another of the great promises of Sporting's Clube de Portugal academy. He can also act as a striker, although his favorite position is in the wings, making efficient use of his dribble with the ball glued to foot, and still good dribbling skills. However, something that he still doesn't have is physical robustness, which is lacking when it can not overcome the opponent in speed, that yes, a quality to excel in Carlos Mane. It's great finishing and shotting, attributes in which we can see his good technical ability, as previously mentioned. Mané took advantage of the opportunities that Leonardo Jardim provided to him. He was predominant in some of Sporting victories, doing so assists as well some crucial goals. Contudo, algo que o prejudica é a pouca robustez física,  que faz falta quando não consegue ultrapassar o adversário em velocidade, esta sim, uma qualidade a destacar em Carlos Mané. É muito bom a finalizar e a rematar (dá maior ênfase à colocação), atributos nos quais se pode vislumbrar a sua boa capacidade técnica, como já foi referido anteriormente. Esta época, já mais na parte final da mesma, Mané soube aproveitar muito bem as oportunidades que Leonardo Jardim lhe concedeu, ao ser preponderante nalgumas das vitórias do Sporting, tanto fazendo assistências como também, apontando alguns golos decisivos. Like to act as a reference in attack and leaving the markup for tables and attacking the ball pretty well when there are crosses into the area in anticipation of the defenses. É bastante forte fisicamente e possui igualmente um bom nível técnico. Gosta de actuar como referência no ataque saindo bem da marcação para tabelas e atacando bastante bem a bola quando existem cruzamentos para a área antecipando-se aos defesas. Além disso é um jogador com grande qualidade em termos de bolas paradas, tendo também vários golos marcados desta forma. Os maiores clubes sempre atentos a estes jovens talentos já abordaram o clube mas Unal parece querer chegar à principal equipa do Bursaspor antes de tomar a iniciativa de sair. Makes his speed a weapon, being very agile and with great shooting with both feet. It is quite cold at the time of finalizing and smart tactical level showing great maturity and ability to analyze the game. Should improve his ability to cross seeming to be his biggest handicap, but is a player with great quality and very strong in 1v1. Certainly will be a value for the "Oranges" and maybe a big European club. Descrição: Boetius estreou-se em grande pela principal equipa do Feyenoord, com apenas 18 anos foi aposta a titular contra o Ajax, e o jovem fez os 90 minutos marcando um dos 2 golos da sua equipa num jogo que terminou empatado a dois. Desde então, tem sido muito regular na equipa, actua como extremo esquerdo e é um jogador longilíneo, dotado de uma grande capacidade de aceleração e técnica individual. Faz da sua velocidade uma arma, sendo bastante ágil e com grande facilidade de remate com ambos os pés. É bastante frio na hora de finalizar e inteligente em termos tacticos demonstrando uma grande maturidade e capacidade de analisar o jogo. Deve melhorar a sua capacidade de cruzamento, parecendo ser o seu maior handicap, mas é um jogador com grande qualidade e muito forte no 1x1. Será certamente mais um valor para a "laranja mecânica" aproveitar e quem sabe um grande clube europeu. Para já vai brilhando na Eredivise onde tem até ao momento 20 jogos, 7 golos e 7 assistências, números bastante interessantes para um jovem da sua idade.

Surely, it's something consonant for those who follow the career of the player. This young player, genetically benefited given his parentage, is lethal in front of the goal! His completion is almost perfect. Relativily to shots, he performs well placed shots, which focuses on accuracy rather than strength. He is very technically gifted: good dribbling ability, and very refined and varied... He's a striker who is also able to serve his colleagues for eminent goals. Something that stands out when you see the player in action, is his nice posture nice in field. We can consider him an unselfish scorer, too, who picks game behind or recover the ball and he does good assists to his colleagues. However, Gonçalo has not yet come into the first team of his club but his opportunity will come, and certainly it will be not missed!

Porém, foi na presente época que Hughes se mostrou realmente ao mundo do futebol. Tímido fora de campo, mas com uma confiança impressionante quando se apresenta dentro das 4 linhas. Hughes é um típico box-to-box britânico, á semelhança de Gerrard. Devido à natureza da sua posição, é lhe pedido que seja a estaca da equipa, o pêndulo que garante o equilíbrio do jogo. Hughes cumpre esse papel na perfeição. Possui uma excelente qualidade de passe, aliada a uma boa visão de jogo, sendo muito inteligente na hora de fazer assistências milimétricas para os seus colegas. Hughes conduz muito bem a bola, levando-a muitas das vezes desde a defesa até ao ataque, quase sem se perceber. Description: John Souttar, is shining on the Dundee United team. This young Scot was recruited still very young in Brechin Boys Club, along with another young talent that we have present already in our blog: Ryan Gauld. This is the second season that he is playing for the first team, something awesome since he was born in 1996 and so he made 18 years old during this year. It is a fairly consistent central defender, also a constant presence in the national team of his country and can sometimes act as a right back. It is physically strong, a typical English center with his 1,86 M, possess a good aerial ability and is aggressive and strong in the tackle. Coupled with all these qualities is very effective in the first phase of construction, revealing very quiet and safe in the construction prossess, having a good vision and pass quality. In terms of speed is not very fast and as rogth back is more restrained , but it seems to be fast enough and insightful player in terms of anticipation, and in our opinion more effective as central defender. Esta é já a segunda época que tem actuado pela equipa principal, algo impressionante uma vez que nasceu em 1996 e portanto só este ano faz 18 anos. É um defesa central bastante consistente, também presença assídua nas equipas nacionais do seu país e por vezes pode actuar como defesa direito. É fisicamente forte, um central tipicamente inglês com o seu 1,86 M, possuí um bom jogo aéreo e é agressivo e forte no desarme. Aliado a todas estas qualidades é muito eficaz na primeira fase de construção, revelando bastante tranquilidade e segurança na construção de jogo, possuindo uma boa visão de jogo e qualidade de passe. Em termos de velocidade não é muito rápido e a lateral é mais comedido, mas parece ser um jogador suficientemente rápido e perspicaz em termos de antecipação, sendo na nossa opinião mais eficaz no centro da defesa. Como seria de esperar, alguns interessados começaram a surgir, mas até ao momento todas as propostas foram rejeitadas, sendo provável que o "salto" para um clube de maior dimensão esteja para breve.

Tem imensa agilidade aliada a bons reflexos; basicamente, é "bom de rins" - como se diria na gíria futebolística - o que poderá compensar os centímetros de altura a menos que tem relativamente a alguns dos melhores guarda redes do mundo. Até ver, tem um ótimo pontapé, e não vacila em situações de "aperto". Faz também uso da sua bem desenvolvida capacidade de impulsão. O Benfica tem assim já um titular seguro para as suas redes na próxima época mas, resta saber se o seu veterano colega de equipa aceitará ser suplente...
